Here is a recipe I found through Recipe Nut. My family loves them!!
about 20 strawberries
8oz pkg. cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 pkg graham crackers (optional)
Take the strawberries and cut out the centers. Next mix the cream cheese, powder sugar, and vanilla together. If you have a piping bag
they work great but if not just use a sandwich or ziplock bag and cut off a tip. Then fill the strawberries. Ground up your graham crackers and dip
the tops of the strawberries in. In the recipe it suggests melting some chocolate chips and drizzling over them. Here is the link. www.sugarderby.com...
I was reading this book a few days ago, and one of the characters kept bringing up cheesecake. It was so bad, I had to run to the store buy the stuff
to make cheesecake (I make an excellent one, if I do say so myself) because I couldn't finish the book, because it made me crave it so.
My puddle-of-a-brain cannot compute these "cheesecake filled strawberries" must try to make these so that I may understand what it is you are going
crazy about. Sounds delicious, but I can't picture it....
