I just saw Katt on CNN. So funny to watch him dis the media.

He claims he was defending America and he loves Mexicans.

lol I watched the video... then I watched the suggestions utube gave....


Seems Katt Williams just likes to start a ruckus lol when he got kicked out of the rap concert and he's running around with no shirt on acting 7 foot tall...


Must be nice having a guard of bouncers.

However I fully support his right to say anything.

Before I saw the incident I was vaguely familiar with the name Katt Williams. I didn't have a clue who he was or what his occupation was or even if he was a male given that his first name is very feminine sounding.

That's his style of entertainment and going after hecklers is the mainstay of his show.

I have seen him make fun of Blacks in his audience as well to the point that they're in tears and ready to leave the theater they're so embarrassed.

That's what he does...

Unfortunately, since he didn't have a Black audience to lash into, he used the recent Illegal Mexican general sentiment of Arizona to open his performance full well knowing he'd get a lot of support both pro and con.

But that's the nature of his show and his style of comedic entertainment.

I think the point is to make black people the scape goat for the race issues in America. He was not being racist and blacks have no issues with Mexicans. Sure there are a gang problems. But that is not a race issue. Based off his CNN interview he did not apologize nor should he. Of course his words were extreme he is a comedian. George Carlin said extreme things too. Specifically about America, does that make him anti-American? Lots of comics say extreme things. Jokes are supposed to catch you off guard. Boring comedians don't usually do very well.

Before this thread I had never heard of him and by the name did not know his sex either.

His name was just that, just a name that I had never heard before

The title would have been catchy as as long as it involved race riot though.

I think a big part of the problem occurs when people fail to differentiate between nationality and ancestral heritage.

Hopefully we'll all eventually breed into one whitish-brownish-yellowish color and forget about borders.
