This is rediculous! At the very least he is guilty of lewd conduct and indecent exposure! Where is the justice in that? I would be charged and have to register as a sex offenderhosted.ap.org...

One rule for us, another for them... I know thats short and sweet but really. Thats how it goes.

Police cannot police police.

The POTUS didn''t get charged with anything...even survived an impeachment hearing. So I guess a precedent was set.

So what? He was getting some.
You guys should be "high-five'n" him.
Why all the hate?

Its only indecent if some one is around to see it.

Plenty of people saw it. It was on a security camera. But I guess you could technically call that an "amature film".

Just because it was recorded, doesn't mean it was being viewed at the time.

Indecent exposure is a crime that is defined as exposing one's genitals or socially deemed "private parts"in a public place where others are present and may witness the act

No one was around to see.

Either way thumbs up to him.

I'm envious.

I'd say this likely has cost him his career. In this job market that is no small thing for an average person. What is this guy going to list under recent accomplishments? Single handedly embarrassing the state of New Mexico? Forcing him to deal with the public buffoon he's made of himself may be harsher than some petty charge that wouldn't go anywhere anyway.

It sounds by the wording like the State Police have made this guy a bit of a crusade due to the publicity. I wouldn't want to be in his shoes at all. I hope that was one HECK of a good time he had that night. If he keeps his job at all, I think he will be found directing traffic out between Clovis and Roswell at a lonely crossroad no one even uses anymore.

He is supposed to be protecting and serving, not getting his rocks off while on duty, different story for box boy getting layed out the back of a convenience store, he's a cop and police are expected to live up to a higher standard.

I'm pretty sure SWAT members who've killed innocent people during botched raids don't get charged, so why would anyone expect a cop banging some chick on the hood of his car even get suspended?

How do we know he didn't just get off of work?
How do we know he isn't on break?
Speculation is the devil.

Lol, oops.
Either way he was "serving" her.
Ha. Ha. Ha.

If he was using a condom, he was protecting whilst serving. Good cop, doing his duty.

You guys would all do it too. Everyone's so quick to jump on this guy (especially the girl in the video).

The biggest issue is how do you know he is not letting woman and young girls off from tickets if they will have sex with him, that would be my first thought in this case.
