Lybia, is it a conspiracey?

Ok, so we have all heard about the Lybian conflict, but i am starting to wonder about what another member posted not long ago about how it was a smokescreen to get funds from lybia, recently in the news it was mentioned that somehow i belive it was irland? unlocked 1.5billion somehow? due to the lybian conflict and the overthrough of their tyrant,"not going to give him grace by mentioning his name", now i hear for some reason britin is sending money to lybia by plain, "as quoted from a news sorce"
