As several people have tried to post - THIS IS NOT THE INSURANCE FILE

This is another batch of diplomatic cables which was not for release yet.

The actual insurance file, with CLASSIFIED documents in it is still locked and the real password is still unknown.

The Password I listed is for the Cablegate release and if you get the correct release it will already be unlocked anyway.

so this is 251,000 cables. The "Bradly Manning Cables". From all that has been said, this represents the entirety of the WL archives.

So, then, what is the insurance file? Was this "release" timed to defray tensions over the Manning case (showing that his "leaks", which are still unproven as far as i know, are not much to worry about)?

Intriguing. Assange made a lazy mistake, and the Guardian just flat out blew it. Nice.
