Who told you that? Seriously. Who did?

Canada has about 120 F-18s, of which, about 80 operational.

i seriously doubt that canada can actually manage to put all 80 jets into air at once...

anyways, my point is that canada's air force sucks..

if in case a country does invade canada (even though thats geographically impossible),

we'll
1) either all run to the states,
2) or to have the states army coming over to help,
3) or to just surrender if the states dont care..

Planned allocation is two operational squadrons of 24 aircraft each, with the remaining 33 available for training, testing and evaluation AETE, and depot level maintenance.
Operational readiness: Of the 48 aircraft in operational squadrons, 34 (70%) are normally mission-ready on a daily basis.

en.wikipedia.org...

If they needed more aircraft during crisis, then there is no reason they couldn't make the training squadrons operational, and pour extra recources into making the other aircraft mission ready - that's what they do in deployments. Besides, why is Canada, or ANY, airforce going to need all aircraft in the air at once?

anyways, my point is that canada's air force sucks..

Not really.

if in case a country does invade canada (even though thats geographically impossible),

we'll
1) either all run to the states,
2) or to have the states army coming over to help,
3) or to just surrender if the states dont care..

And why exactly are you going to spend billions of dollars on an airforce if invasion is 'geographically impossible'? Perhaps if you were team America, World Police, but not Canada...
