Well im a huge Clutch fan!!

seen them about 10-12 times since 2001/2

I think the lyrics for there song from one of the earlier albums Prison Planet will apeal to teh users on here -

Then against my better judgment I went walking out that door
I smiled at one person then I nodded to three more
One man asked me for a dollar, I asked him what it's for?
He said, "I have seen them." I said, "Okay, it's yours."

And as featured on the MTV, the local high school lets out
And the town becomes anarchy
Parties are crashed, skid marks are measured
The story's in the paper, you may read it at your leisure

Get out, eject
Escape from the Prison Planet
Get out, eject
Escape from the Prison Planet

And to the tune of a billion dollars I supplied to the D.O.E.
Some tasty little nuggets of alien technology
And as one might expect, I've been harassed for years
The Men In Black have been bending my ear
As a matter of fact, they were just here today
But I escaped them through a secret passageway
Once I lived there for one thousand days

Get out, eject
Escape from the Prison Planet
Get out, eject
Escape from the Prison Planet

I have plans for the future, guess they're futuristic plans
Move out west and buy some desert lands
Or maybe up North, just past Alaska
You know nothing of this if they ask you

Red Rover, Red Rover, Bob Lazar's coming over
So honey clear the airstrip and light up that stove
By Jove, I think it's started, oh yeah
Escape from the Prison Planet

Billion people harvest on Mars
Rebuild the remnants of the obelisk
One mile from the pyramid

Escape From the Planet of the Apes
Go forth, ad infinitum
Return the relics to the elephants
And Atlantis rises

Get out, eject
Escape from the Prison Planet
Ejector seat ignite

Billion people harvest on Mars
Rebuild the remnants of the obelisk
One mile from the pyramid

Escape From the Planet of the Apes
Go forth, ad infinitum
Return the relics to the elephant
And Atlantis rises

Always loved Clutch.

I even bought a 73 Dodge Swinger to profess my love of Spacegrass.

Couldn't find a Galaxy 500 that wasn't beat to hell, settled for a Torino.

Two of my favorite cars ripping up the universe in an epic showdown.

Who couldn't love it?

OMG!!! Gonzo...you are my new best friend!!!!!! I live, breathe, and die CLUTCH!!!!! LOL I've also seen them a bunch of times.

Their music is sooooo infectious. When my wife was pregnant with my daughter, the pregnancy was book ended with Clutch shows. My wife was about 2 mths pregnant when we saw Clutch with Lionize and Wino....then saw them with Danko Jones when she was 9mths pregnant. At that show when Clutch started playing my daughter jumped (in the womb obviously) and did the double punch and double kick to my wife's belly.

I often preach the word of Clutch to new people and try to get them hooked.

i was actually thinking of getting my other arm sleeved in Clutch related imagery. Blast Tyrant (my fav album) has tons of great art that would make for a cool sleeve. I'd also, kinda, like to get "Your Mother's Maiden Name" on my arm.

If neck tattoos didn't have such a negative connotation I'd get "Clutch" (either the classic oval logo or the arabic style, a la self-titled/Strange Cousins) on my neck.

Have you had a chance to pick up or watch the "Clutch: Live at the 9:30" DVD?

That's freaking awesome!!!

If you get a chance to pick it up via www.pro-rock.com or amazon do it. It's so worth it. The whole self-titled album in its entirety. And the second DVD is a documentary that is really cool. Lots of fan interviews and band member interviews.

Clutch is always a must show when they are close by. I love that they always keep their ticket prices low. Here they are about $20 USD. No other band that rocks that hard and puts on that good of a show would sell tickets that cheap.

Stay heavy!

Here you go Gonzo!

I figured I'd put this up just for those who don't know of Clutch. You and I see eye to eye on a lot of things.
