It must not have been a hunting arrow head, with the sharp blades. or it was very dull if so. Any hit on a man with a proper bolt would bleed him out quickly, to death unless a tourniquet was applied, properly and swiftly.

a few years ago, there was a trend of kids dropping chunks of concrete off overpasses onto cars.
