That's wishful thinking mixed with a word implant. If you hadn't told me what to listen for, I wouldn't have heard it. However, because I have stated that this October 28th marks the last "date" I'm believing, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and allow the comet to pass and be "heard clearly" before I say anything that has any negative connotations attached.

Cheers, can't wait to possibly hear something more of substance.

It is kind of creepy if it is credible, but IMO I doubt there are aliens out there that speak a language that is exactly like english in reverse. I could be wrong though.

I didn't know aliens spoke english. Wow, fast becoming the universal language!

Actually if you slow down one of his songs 800%, it sounds really cool, like some of that new age music.

As a kid, we used to make interesting sounds with gumbands and tube amplifiers.

BTW, how did the aliens arrive at calling our home planet earth?

I just, took the sound reversed it, raised the pitch and that's what I got.

Seriously, I think it sounds fake like if someone made it at home and say it's from Elenin but it's not.
I didn't make the sound source, so I don't expect anything.

It's not like we aren't transmitting information in wave form.
It's not very hard to think that our main language is English and that we call this place Earth.
I'm just thinking logically here, not implying it's the truth.

What means were used to convert suspected data to sound? How was it collected. Why was it converted to sound? Nothing about the suspected whatever has any descriptive source, just saying.

And why would they refer to our planet as 'Earth'? Imagine that alians land here. Its a pretty big stretch to even think they would speak English (Why not Mandarin? There are 2.5 times as many native Mandarin speakers as native English speakers).

Now just imagin for a moment they tell us where they are from. He speaks: "We..are..from..Mars". The chances of them naming their own planet afterr a figure from Earth's Roman mythology are zero.

So Elenin speaks English and knows the name of our planet? Um, no.

This rock speaks gibberish just like some of us humans do? cool.

And why do they have such lousy harmonics, I mean they should be more advanced than that, if they have mastered traveling light years?

Firstly, the signal is supposed to be comming from approximately Elenin.
There were some other objects accompanying the comet too....
Perhaps they have been listening and watching our tv channels for centuries on the way here?

In fact i can imagine the little grey walking up to Obanana and sayin "Howdy there Kingfish|
Funny i was immediatly struck by the RF sig, when i heard it, thinking it may be speech if played with a bit......
It just sounded slow.....

Okay, okay...I'm not trying to 'flame' you or anything OP, but what else can we come up with. I mean a garbled mess of a couple syllables can be anything.

Personally, I think it's saying

"Deeper, deeper" ....funny, but that's what it sounds like...

I guess it is open to interpretation, to me it sounds like either "Halle Berry", or "Holly Spirit"....I don't hear Planet Earth at all!
