The last Civil War Lincoln got the entire Atlantic and Pacific Naval Fleets of RUSSIA to port in America.

And due to the North getting Russian support, the South fell and was stripped of their rights, voting, wealth and were enslaved by the North.

If there was a Civil War history would just repeat itself. Obama could get many countries to help him kill Americans.
