interesting to see all this data, then find out groups say Aluminum isn't dangerous. Wonder what levels ARE dangerous and what a possible meaning
could be if people are raising them on purpose...

Aluminium toxicity is easy enough to find online (google search) - but it seems that it is so rare because the body absorbs so little and so easily elimitates it through normal kidney function (from the 1st link in that search).

Well are you talking about free Aluminum, or Aluminum in compound form? Aluminum oxide is quite inert. You most likely inhale some everyday in the air, from your surroundings.
