That video is wrong...

At 1:10 they say, "Planes dropped silver iodide, which creates clouds, near the eyes for four hurricanes."

That is wrong... Silver Iodide doesn't create clouds, it destroys clouds....

The only way to control a hurricane is to control the temperature and pressure of large areas of air around the hurricane, and that would take so much energy and resources and money, I don't think it would be possible as there isn't the much energy or resources.

Sure they can make it rain, but a hurricane is a different story. You can't just mess with the clouds to steer a hurricane. Clouds are a byproduct of certain air conditions, not the other way around.

specifically - from Nick Begich's own site -

And what is this open university?

Well it is not listed by the Sri Lanka University Grants commision


According to the Indian Council of Scientific and Indsutrial Research it is not a registered university and they do not recogniese any of its qualifications - note the use of "bogus" to describe a BSc from there: (extracts of 3 letters from this document)

You will find claims on line that it is "recognised" by the Charter of the UN University for Peace - but you will find no mention of it in that charter

you may also find a claim that it is recognised by "Jayewardene, the President of the Democratic Socialist of Sri Lanka by Ref. No. 196/1 of 25th March 1988" - but the only places you will find any mention of that is in sites connected to the university, and the text does not seem to be reproduced.

It IS listed by the Nigerians - as a fake - yep - it is SO bad that Nigeria doesn't accredit its local campus!

The Van Allen and artificial man made Radiation Belts around Earth deflect some of the suns energy. Much of it hits the radiation belt and those particles become highly charged and on occasion need to discharge their energy as they become hyper saturated.

The discharge from the Van Allen and Artificial Radiation Belts made by man around Earth....cause spinning storms...as the energy is discharged to Earth and the Earth receives it, spinning it Counter Clockwise in the Northern Hemisphere, and Clockwise in the Southern Hemisphere.

This energy discharge can be created by man, stopped by man, and steered by man.

It's an electrical event. Wind is a byproduct.

If you look at the historical record, quite many hurricanes and tropical storms over the past century have followed a path similar to Irene. Hurricane Floyd followed a path almost identical to it in 1999:

I'm confused. Did you find anything factually incorrect in your video? I don't think any educated individual would take acknowledgement of cloud seeding experiments on hurricanes in the past as proof of their paranoid delusion of hurricane "control" today.

the fact that they claimed 40 yrs ago cloud seeding was 'tried' but researchers learned to get out of the way, is incorrect and proves CBS was desperate to inject gibbrish nonsense that sounded scientific, in effort to dismiss very real hurricane control measures (directed energy weapons, including haarp).

as to this day cloud seeding is very productive for seeding rain (Wyoming alone spent 10 million on one cloud seeding project a few years ago).

Theres 2 things that steer hurricains water temperature and most importantly winds at an altitude of 20,000 to 50,000 feet above the Earth's surface will steer or guide the storm. Now you explain to me how harp can effect these winds ????????? Looking forward to seeing this thx in advance.

PS just so you know these winds are called the bermuda high and when theres low pressure the storm will turn north. When these winds are high pressure the hurricain goes on a caribbean cruise.

Wow that sounds real scientific there? I guess I need to go over are atmosphere with you first The Van Allen belt extends above the equator at an altitude of about 4,000 miles. And theres several layers of our atmosphere between the Troposphere and the van allen belts not to mention thousands of miles so how is this supposed to send energy there exactly? Come on people dont ignore facts because you want to believe the only person your fooling is yourself.

Cloud seeding has been around for 70+ years, how I'd it inaccurate of them to mention it was tried 40 years ago? Not to mention that HAARP can't even be aimed. Even if it was a 'directed energy weapon', it wouldn't be very effective.
