Seems like a lot of effort for a rather obtuse point, don't you think?

Depends on your point of view, i guess.

Count his fingers in the second video, unless he has six fingers then it is a geiger counter wand.

He's not holding anything in the second video.

You mean the first? That one is so grainy, I can't count individual fingers.

no the second video is clearly a hand pointing...no device, no six fingers.

I have no idea what this could be, he is obviously very intent on pointing that finger at the camera though and the "exit" move is mysterious as well...a horrible attempt at exiting the frame unseen.

Pretty damn bizarre

EDIT TO ADD:

Holding the gaze of another person is considered rude. The Japanese usually focus on a person’s neck or tie knot. In Western cultures, we are taught to look people in the eyes at all times; averting the eyes often signifies a lack of sincerity or confidence. In Japan, constant eye contact is considered rude or even aggressive

still not sure about the finger pointing though...still looking...

maybe he is mad about this part,,

"According to the government, it may take over 20 years before the Fukushima evacuees can return safely home."

which is very understandable,,,,,

"The area to be cleaned up because of contamination is even 4000 square kilometers."
the 20yr ban applies too ,,,
go to google earth,,
use ruler app.
thats a lot area,,,
for japan

in that 20 yr ban.

Around 13 to 14 seconds in there's like a cloaked predator type figure walk across the bottom right of the screen, now that's weird ...

has any1 said hes the evil monkey in my closet : )
i think hes counting the pigeons that are still alive in the cage behind the camera, and there running out of pigeons.

i cant even think realy why he would be doing that except for maybe showing hes ok to the people on the otherside of the camera.?

was this a private camera or is it for survalence?

Not sure what to make of that link.

Well i advise you go through it all. It makes a hell of a lot of sense in terms
of its conclusions, What really happened is another tale.

Only a 20yr ban??? Chernobyl happened a year after I was born, making it almost 25 years now, and it is still uninhabitable, due to extremely high levels of radiation... and Fukushima is like what? 10 times worse then Chernobyl.. and STILL GOING!!
Most people don't realize that the elements that are released will continue to exist for hundreds, some thousands of years... Japan is well... screwed... and most likely the rest of the planet now.

as to the video... It seems like he's pointing and maybe trying to communicate with the camera guy... Like telling him to get away.. far, far away lol.

...this really is something creepy.

The first video was just strange to me, but the second is very creepy.

I quite agree.

Lol, Most agreed.
and I also saw the thing at around .12 seconds in, that someone else mentioned..
It reminded me of some of the "cloaking" tech that is being played around with today..
(remember the video of the military tank in Iraq, and what looks to be a "soldier" or person, running up to, and then jumping onto the tank?) Only he is not "fully visible"?

That's what I was reminded of. lol

Anyway..
This does seem rather strange..
and I to, see only his finger pointing at us.

remember the "invisible cloak",,japan was in the forfront of that tech.

Well let's say he is an average worker at the plant. He knows there is an active webcam on the site. He tries sending a message to the general public. The message I would take away is that "you are being poisoned, you are next". "You are not being told the truth."

Either that or the poor fellow is losing his mind.
