Number one the day I was born April 9th, 1980 is fitting for a conspiracy theorist I believe...........

My favorite song from that year though would be a toss up between these two

That is all

great post, very fun. love the links, they are awesome!

musicians blessing, those links. most paid gigs play standards & hits. these links make it easy to assemble a play list for upcoming gigs targeted to the anticipated audience.

i'm really old, not many favor Chopin or Bach these days

Hardly. I was only just born!!
and no, not my style. I was just answering the question.

The question in the thread really was wrong. You can hardly have a 'fave' in the year you were born.

Could we have a pair of ATSers born under the same song/sign here?

Wow, great song, one of my all time favs.

So is this like the new horoscope? How does the top song on your birthday influence your personality? Your future? Your love life?

You might be onto somethere here. I just did his nibs' "birthsong" and found beatles were number one when he was born too, even though there's a year between us. Maybe there is something to this. Our personalities are like chalk and cheese so we'll have to delve into the lyrics for a reading?

Um, OK. This one would have been better:

Not much music back then this metal head likes. Buddy Holly, Little Richard, Jerry Lee. That's about it. They didn't have any the year I was born.

lol, you're right. This is the heaviest metallist song I could find from 1962.
