Is that water or a tornado on the right hand side of his windscreen? Looks like a wind funnel to me.

I've been through a few hurricanes, but never from a computer monitor. lol
Once, as a child, my mom took me for a drive during the eye of hurricane emily(?) I believe and every car in the parking lot of the apt. complex was thrashed, overturned, pushed in the ditch, except my ma's baby blue firebird still sittin there lookin pretty. Great memory. That was in Gulfport Miss.

It does look like a tornado..but I think if there was a tornado in front of him he would have said something so i dunno

Edit: I think its just a streak of water goin down the wind shield
