Yes it will and all the current projections say that this storm by later tonight will be a tropical storm. Not even a hurricane. All this talk of NJ,
NY, Boston, is all fear mongering in it's finest of forms. The only thing the Northern States will need to keep an eye on is localized flooding. The
ground is already saturated from plenty of rain, this storm will dump a lot of water on top of that. So if you are in a flood prone area, expect
flooding. If you are not, you may see some mild flooding, but other than that.... nothing.
