also in certain spoofs the violence is just priceless. that part when in jay& silent bob strike back where they go beating up everybody up at the end of the movie who said nasty things about the jay and silent bob movie. there is this one movie that i can't remember where Pavarotti "ate himself a cow and farted himself to pieces" i will give a zillion bucks to anybody who remembers that movie. one detail that flashes to memory is Dom delouise is a hannibal lektor type and a detective puts a banana in his holster instead of a pistol before going to work. it's a zillion dollars in the form of an i.o.u. or free lawnmowing for life. for the life of me i cant remember the dang title.

To the OP..the ONLY reason you started this thread is stated in your first post...You are fishing for "new" sites to feed your "addiction". As you stated..."don't post it here, PM me with them".

I was just wondering if their was anyone else out there that feels the same as me. If so I'd like to talk about what kinda websites he/she visits. Please don't post these websites on this site, just PM me!

You have a problem...you are not as normal as you think you are.

Hey mate! I used to be just like that when I was younger. But funny thing, the first time I smoked weed, suddenly all violent images and thoughts mad me sick..literally it made my stomach turn.
Nowdays I dont smoke, but still brutal violence makes me feel bad. I do practice some violence in a ring, but its within rules and I feel fine about it.

So, I dont think that I can recommend to do the same on this site, but anyway..

Some folk might say we look at violent things, movies, etc because it's stuff we're scared of and it's a way of facing up to our fears. I like a good movie with lots of fight scenes myself. However asking for someone to message you with more extreme stuff to feed your "addiction" came over a tad creepy in the opening post, IMO.

Well if you watch all those video and images for personnal pleasure
you have a deep problem

if you watch them in the way i watch them
to have proof of whats really going on in the world
and understand how people are crazy
feel the pain of the victim and let God know about it
even if he probably knew about it in the first place

never forget about the victims
how much pain they have suffered
prey for them they are now resting in peace

I'm not a violent person.

I'm just down with the violence.

I totally get that crave for a good face-punching every once in a while also... like, once or twice a month.

However, it sounds like someone has a little too much testosterone running in their brainhole.

There is something seriously wrong with you if you enjoy these "violent" websites..I mean that..

Not sure if they can even help you..but I would run..not walk to the nearest professional and talk about this.

You are the perfect example of a demented mind who watches snuff films, and even progress into making them....get help before it progresses to something far worse.

I think this is very sad but I don't hold you responsible for a condition that is treatable and was probably aggravated at some point in your young life. At lest you admit it. If you do not realize you have a problem you should understand that you do and it can be fixed if you do something now and don't wait until it becomes an ingrained pattern and "set" behavior. I am sure someone has already told you, you need help. All the help you can afford.

EDIT: (aside) Here is where that health care bill is vital - This is your neighbor.
Don't you want him better? Even if he cannot afford help, help still will be provided to him. Other wise we have to wait until he kills one of your loved ones or pets to red flag someone with these symptoms. Prevention is more than worth the little bit extra it takes to provide it although a community Headstart Program and a compassionate teacher might even have prevented this (now becoming epidemic) disorder from taking hold or afflicting him in the first place.

You need to be involved in some sort of a group therapy meeting or session on violence and aggression. Anger management might even be available ($15 a class) and helpful in that it will at least approach what is most certainly an underlying factor. Seething unrequited rage.

Occasionally wanting to hit something is not violence.
Occasionally hitting something is.

I wonder why you didn't get any stars?
I think some people are afraid to admit they also crave violence.

Or maybe they are like the kleptomaniac who may not even know they are stealing?

I know a lot of people who, though I won't say they are addicted to violence - they sure do love it and they get it almost everyday. There are movies, shows and games to pump up the lust factor but without actual contact and some sort of a return engagement, be it begging, crying, running, squeal, screech, blood, splat or other symptom of agony - some "effect" for your trouble...it is not half as satisfying. You don't get the full release.

Sometimes there is no one around to take it out on and so they bring it home with them...everyday.
But no...they are not addicted.
Still, people need help, not condemnation. We all have our problems. I think this statement is still very true and something we should all have posted on our wall.

There is so much good in the worst of us,
And so much bad in the best of us,
That it hardly behooves any of us
To talk about the rest of us.

I guess I am having difficulty understanding the point of this thread....I mean its like saying anyone else addicted to kiddy porn?

You say your not a violent person but you like to watch violence...so if a person likes to watch kiddy porn but doesn't touch kids they're not a pedophile...makes no sense!

If your an atheist and you watch Christian shows all day...well then I would say you are influenced...one goes with the other.

If your not violent on the outside I would suggest you are definitely violent on the inside...it's only a matter of time until your addiction to violence comes out!

Your sick friend and you need to get away from the violence...just my two cents.

I think.... if you truly had an addiction to the kind of violence that you are alluding too, you probably wouldn't admit it here. Most people with real addictions like this are both thrilled and ashamed of their addiction. Also, you are calling it an addiction yet you say you only look to gain information. That doesn't make much sense. If you're watching violence and you're having some kind of physical reaction to it that you like? Then yes, I'd have to agree with the individuals here who have suggested you seek professional help.

Here's a pretty good read: www.medialit.org...

At a psychological level, the drama and titillation of violent scenarios serve to create a sense of excitement, potency and significance that is missing from most people's daily lives.

As a side note, I am totally addicted to disasters both natural and man-made. Not that I want there to be human suffering and loss of life, I don't. But I do look forward to the next earthquake, hurricane, plane crash, etc...

To each there own?? WTF??? This is serious stuff...what next? I enjoy seeing kids being raped..? Oh well to each his own?

Damn..this world is getting seriously more f***** everyday if people can just reply to each his own over a OP such as this.

All I can say is that if there are any good leo's on this site..that they watch this dude, as well as moniter these sites for violence. Many of those sites use innocent victims in the "making" of their films.

I am so sick of crap like this in this world.. makes me hope there is a God thats going to destroy this whole damn planet..with all its siccos.

( secretly hoping this op was a leo who is looking for info to prosecute)

No one said anything about raping children your messed up for even suggesting that.
Yeah well I can't help what other people like, I know where I draw the line, I don't try to control other people. All i said is I like to see a good fight.... Nothing about children being raped and i REALLY do not appreciate that comment because of a personal experience. Once again, you and I don't control other peoples problems. I still can't believe you brought children being raped into this.

PS you have some extreme issues of your own, its not okay for him to have an issue with violence but its okay for you to want your "GOD" to destroy all of us? Piss off.

So Gabby... aside from an angry God being fed up and just destroying the world, what's the solution?

And, would you prefer that the OP never mention it, never reach out, never acknowledge the fact, if it is indeed a fact, and just keep it well hidden until it manifests in a different, perhaps more dangerous way?

For the record, I can't count the number of times I have heard of cases of child abuse going un-reported because the family, relatives, neighbors chose to look away because of a "To each his or her own" way of thinking.

However, to compare kids being raped to a post at an on-line conspiracy form claiming an addiction to voilence is just over the top, don't you agree?

guys wtf, I didn't mean to each his own as in "yeah go for it, rape someone"
WTF

I meant, everyone has their own problems, or issues.
FFS.

Also Gabby, I know you want people to get help, but help won't do anything unless they WANT it.

and since everyone is talking about RAPE for some reason, yes if you know of something or an incident REPORT IT because that child will be messed up for life. Thanks that was my personal PSA of the day, from a girl who was actually raped.

One way to reduce the number of "sicco's" in this world is to meet them with a small degree of compassion and understanding...

The only reason I brought children into it..was to prove how dangerous the attitude of..'to each his own" can be.

In my mind anyone who gets a thrill out of watching horrific deaths..and wants to have access to more is a dangerous minded person. What next to get a thrill..?

Was having a conversation one day with a few people about sexual freedom. Some people think that anything should be ok with consenting adults..and to a point that may be true. One of the people in this conversation pointed out that many adults who engage in group sex for fun..end up getting bored with it..and have to move unto to something else to turn them on...thats when children start getting involved, etc.

The point I'm making is that certain questionable 'addictions" are just a precursor for worse addictions down the road.

This is why I think that in some cases to say.."each to his own" can be very dangerous .
