It's a Bangho Futura 1500 J12. Here's what the company had on their website. (It's no longer featured there, it was replaced by more recent models)

Sorry, it's in Spanish, but it's still understandable. It's supposed to be made here in Argentina, there was a campaign to make national computers enter the market and this was the result.

Does this help? I can try and look up more information if needed.

You could check if its a fan noise by downloading speedfan and speeding up / slowing down the fans to see if the noise changes, speedfan also has a S.M.A.R.T reader that should tell you any errors with your hard drive

Also If you feel confident enough you could try disabling some of the devices on the laptop to see if the noise stops. Disable microphones, infer red ports /dvd drives or anything like that, and see if the noise stops. Enable them again if it doesn't of course
How to disable devices

Thank you for the suggestions

I'm currently downloading SpeedFan and I'll be trying that to see if it can help me find out what the problem is.

Well theres your problem its a Bangho futura...

sorry couldn't resist, seems to be Argentinas premiere computer company, went looking on forums to try and find if its a common problem with the model.

My money is still on fan, don't let them tell you its normal either, its not, I had a brand new apple with a strange click every few minutes, took it back first words from them "Whoa, thats not good"
