because Bush Obama and Prince Charles are all related, the ears seem to be a
family genetic trait, a big one.

just to add one more quote, those who said them would be so proud we still
remember their words today: Remember these Words!

"We the People are the rightful masters of both Congress and the Courts--not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution." Abraham Lincoln

Who is changing the Constitution? The Obama Admin? Oh dear, does it mean that Abe Lincoln
is racist for stating this too?

It's odd that no-one dared to create a prominent public presentation like this about Bush during his eight years in office. Or was there one and I never saw or heard about it. After all, Bush himself said or pointedly implied that he'd like his job better if he had true dictatorial powers, never mind that as president he did all he could be a dictator.

Washington state is not seceding and there has never been talk of seceding here. Whoever said that has monkeys flying out of their hind quarters.

Well, to be fair, we have millions of the "living-impaired" in our nations cemeteries that'll vote for obama wether they want to or not, then there's accorn or what ever it's new name is.

Looks like you failed to get the essence of the We the Congress point. We have a representative Republic. That does not mean Congress gets to shove mandated health insurance down our throats because a group of Socialists want it.

I guess kinda like how we stood up to the bank bailout....oh wait. Last time I checked, none of us get to cast our vote on legislation.

I'm quite aware that we elect representatives, but that doesn't mean they must do what we want.

We are allowed to elect officials who then decide what's best for us. How lucky are we?!

Sure, we can choose to not re-elect them, but they will simply be replaced by more Masters.

Why do you think Plato despised Athens and democracy? The Elite will always rule--get used to it.

Would Plato roll over in his grave if he saw Nancy Pelosi say you'd have to pass a bill before you get to read what's in it?

Honestly those are disgusting. The caricature is racist itself and most of what is written (and misspelled) is untrue. This is not free speech as much as it is libel and defamation.

Sorry man.... but the race card... like America's Visa... just doesn't work anymore.

I'm a black man... and a TEA Partier... and the only thing racist here is you for trying to use my skin color as a weapon.

STOP PERPETUATING RACIAL HATED!

Hmm......

I think you may be a little out of your element because your statement doesn't seem relevant. I've read your comments and it seems like you're trying to put me on a particular side of the political fence so you can then argue with me.

Regardless, Plato could care less if any of us commoners got to see legislation.

Umm... no. The accentuated ears, lips, teeth and noise coupled with the reduced cranial dome is classic racism. It is designed to make him look like a chimp or sub-human.

Ever hear of a caricature before? My daughter has a picture like that from Disney. Amazing how the only thing you can comment on is a caricature and not the true substance of the messages. When all else fails, play the race card. If you are offended, to bad, it is a free country as of yet.

So someone making a caricature of George Bush with big ears isn't racist I suppose? Your are offended by caricatures? I am offended by your post! Your post makes me sick. White guilt got you bad??? Everything in those signs is correct.. Please prove they are not. BTW I'm Hispanic. and it still makes me sick.

(My worst post I guess. This self-loathing just makes me ill.)

Why add earmarks into a bill? Oh wait, the left is perfect at that, after all, have to pay off the people that got us into office.

Uhhh...Asking for a timeline for withdrawl troops from Iraq isn't an earmark.

Earmarks are when you try to snag money for your district or state...like this

Rick Perry's K Street Project Sought Earmarks, Federal Funds

And you seem to be substituting this emoticon in every post in place of actual facts or substance.

You do know that a laughing emoticon does not magically make your post true or relevant?

I think Plato, concerned for truth would look at Nancy Pelosi's actual quote

“But we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it, away from the fog of the controversy.”

Considering the "fog of controversy" at the time included such disproven gems as "Death Panels" and "Microchips" I think most rational minds understood what the intention of her statement was.

And for those that lean right who also think rationally...the quote was truncated and altered to mean something different, lest thier rational mind interfere with the spin the right wing media was putting out.

I'll give you hint...she never said the word "before".

Poor wording on her part, but far from what the right portrayed her statement to be.

You brought up Plato my friend. I merely tried to show how Plato and democracy doesn't work when someone suggests that even members of Congress should pass a bill proposed by a group of people before they get to see the bill. It's just preposterous. Even the Bush admin didn't do that. Although pushing a billl through that gave Congress little time to read and digest was bad, it wasn't the same thing.

The fog of controversy has nothing to do with demanding Congress pass a bill without seeing it first. That was just Nancy's particular form of obfuscation, because you see she wanted to hide what was truly in the bill. It's just that simple and it's not even up to Socialist standards of democracy.

Your comment is disgusting, however you are fully entitled to it

At first i thought it was sarcasm but i cant believe your serious.. How is this in any way racist?? This does not make him look like a chimp it is a "cartoony" interpretation of his appearence... And its very well done and pretty funny. Pulling the race card like this just makes me sick get a sense of humor

And everything up on there is true, especially the last one unless youve been drinking kool aid and watching america"s got talent for the past four years

I missed when Pres. or Senator Obama "suggested" that?

I provided an exact quote in response to your innacurate one...and you doubled down by just making up phrases all-together? I would rpefer honest debate.

Congress saw the bill. Both Conservatives and Democrats. Thus the dishonest distortions that gave us the "Death Panel" and "Micro-chip" lies.

It is silly to infer that the GOP didn't know what was in the bill...they wrote most of it!

Of the 788 amendments filed, 67 came from Democrats and 721 from Republicans.

Only 197 amendments were passed in the end—36 from Democrats and 161 from Republicans.

I understand how inconvenient factual evidence is to the swamp of right wing propaganda....but facts are facts.

Edit to add: My favorite part of the HCR debate was when the GOP moaned about how many pages the bill was, when they were responsible for it's size...with over 700 amendments.

Kinda like them kicking the economy in the balls with the protracted obstructionism and the S&P downgrade that followed when they finally got thier way and then complaining that the economy is not recovering fast enough.

I give them points for shamelessness, that's for sure
