Do most atheists believe that the human being is just an animal?

I have no idea. Perhaps this should be the subject of the next ATS Poll.

Your ability to discern seems to elude you so, here you go, one more time. No .....because ....... it.....isn't......scripture.
I hope that's plain enough, if not? You win the internet.

Bog

Double-bind questions are plain nonsense, but christian orators love them. Give me a rational question with the parts defined, and I can answer you. Not such semantic 'smartness' as you regularly produce in lack of real arguments

Words to cower by.

Annee

Atheism deserves the same respect.

Considering the respect you give Annee ? That can't be a very tall order.
You want that gift wrapped and scented too. Atheistic totalitarian governments such as North Korea and Cambodia might serve you well indeed. Or you could at least appreciate the fact that a nation under God isn't so prone to mass murder of it's civilian pop.

Just say'in.

Or even better, do atheists believe humans are just organic carbon based machines ?

Well, I'm not a plant.

If I were a plant ? I'd hope to be a venus fly trap. So I could still be a meat eater. :

You of course missed the point.

The point was MODS made a thread stating respect religious discussion (subject specific).

Atheism and anti-theism deserve the same respect - - - in the context of equal - - - in the context of discussion.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

I am not discussing political Atheism vs political God.

You wrote:

Where would you be without your regular and irrational false-category fabrications?

I can understand you have an almost allergic reaction to rational reasoning and standard logic, because if you accepted such rules in the game, you would have practically zero reason for your threads.

How I know this? When given rational arguments (in this case on double-binds) you answer with:

Quote: ["Words to cower by."]

You could just as welll have written: "Sprinkeldorfolism", and it would have had the same communication-value. But do go on reducing language to meaninglessness, it just sets your standards.
