Reduce the size of government.
- Fire the TSA - Hire a private security company to handle all of the airport security.

- Abolish & defund the EPA - that will stop all of rolling blackouts caused by the coal
fired power plant shutdowns.

- Repeal ObamaCare - It's going to be found unconstitutional by the SCOTUS anyway.

-Or.... How about we eliminate the TSA and replace them with no one at all. (If you don't have balls enough to fly, then don't.)

-And... Double the funding for the EPA and institute mandatory jail time for polluters, including but not limited to, the oil & gas industry.

-And... Correct the "personal mandate" portion of "ObamaCare," (the only part that's unconstitutional) and convert it into a single-payer, not-for-profit, "Medicare For All" system like the rest of the industrialized world already has in place.

How bout that?

Well, that's a new idea.
Forget security altogether. Put 4 armed U.S. marines on every flight for protection.
That would remove the bottleneck at the airport. Hmmm....
-------------
We don't need the EPA. When JFK was president we got along just fine.
The EPA did not exist. Fire them all and shut it down. That will save $10 Billion every year
it is shutdown.
-----------
Pass the Paul Ryan plan. He knows the real numbers.

The tea party does not have the majority of Americans behind them, in fact their numbers are lower that anyone’s but the congress'. And ever since they entered the congress in large numbers that rating has gone down to the the lowest in history.

Perhaps it will finally sink in that the Tea Party is destructive. These threads aren't magically appearing. They're here because the Tea Party and Michelle Bachmann especially, spend more time trying destroy things than they do constructing things. They're childish.

This is quite disingenuous. These attempts at demonizing the tea party are here solely because dems/libs and so-called progressives are practically catatonic over the prospect that their dream of a U.S. socialist state is dying - and dying by the minute.

Do something constructive for the country.

You mean like spending and printing money as usual - as the dems/libs and so-called progressives would have us do?

Stop making signs, put the costume away until Halloween and work with the geovernment.

Need I post pictures of the Wisconsin democrat/union demonstrators? Or how about democrat Frederica Wilson in her red sequined cowboy hat delivering her tea party attack speech.

Deny hypocrisy!

Sarah Palin and Michelle Bachmann misspeak so that means we should NOT reduce
the size of government???

Oh, i get it.

Forget the deficit and the $14.6 Trillion national debt? Spend baby spend money we do not have?

The only way i see that happening is if Paul Krugman is successful tricking Japan
into bombing Pearl Harbor again.

Day of infamy 2.0. OMG spend baby spend! Suddenly, everybody has jobs !!!
---------
Is it time to wag the dog? Hmmm......

I find it odd that when poor people experience a budget shortfall, they are told to go get a second or third job, (increase revenues) as a solution to their monetary problems. But when we have a government budget shortfall, the only reasonable answer is to cut spending.

Kinda reminds me of the republican philosophy that you should never increase taxes during hard economic times and furthermore, during good economic times, (when we're experiencing budget surpluses) we should enact tax cuts. Under this philosophy I have to ask, "When is it a good time to address the revenue side of the picture?"

As population grows, so should the "size" of government in order to adequately meet the ever growing needs of the people. When they say that spending is out of control, they are referring to it as a percentage of the U.S. Gross Domestic Product. The reason that the ratio is now skewed out of control is because our GDP is currently in the toilet and you can thank greed & corporate outsourcing for that.

I am so completely over this attempt to brand the Tea Party as demonic. These are so clearly talking points sent out to operatives and clearly apparent that the OPs have never actually met the Tea Party. I dare any of you to attend a Tea Party meet-up and tell them to their face that they are racist and the enemy of liberty and freedom. Put up or shut up.

The fact is, once out in the real world you would find yourself muted and all of your e-mail distributed rhetoric turned up side down. I've been to "Tea Party" events, it wasn't funded by anyone - it was a group of local like-minded people wanting to organize around like-minded ideas around liberty and fending off an overreaching and ever expanding and disconnected government. They have people of multiple races and age groups. In fact most of us don't believe in race - we see that as a means of dividing people. We recognize that we're all American and we're all human. That is it PERIOD.

Stop reading and repeating this crap and go and educate yourself and when you do it try not to come off like the complete tool you are here.

Coming from you, that really made me laugh. Do you post anywhere else other than trolling political threads? The Tea Party is laughable. The GOP is a joke. The Dems are a joke and the President is terrible. The political system is broken - yours is as bad as mine -they are ALL a joke. The fact you believe so firmly in your joke makes me think if you got someone you wanted elected they would actually represent what you want...too funny.

There are those of us not laughing and still trying to effect change. I have no respect for those that have given up and sit on their rear-ends typing on their keyboards while the rest of are still out their working for what we believe in. This attitude that every group and person in politics is a liar and elitist banker plant is a ridiculous over-simplification.

Do you remeber when Obama was elected? Change? Hope? Nothing. If Ron Paul wins the election, perhaps then and only then will you see you have been living a lie. There will be no change. Continue to pretend and, as you accused me of, continue to type on a keyboard in making your change. Funny how people claim others do nothing by doing the EXACT same thing.

BTW, the tea-party HATES Ron Now. Rick Perry will be the GOP nominee. Have fun believing YOU can change the political system. You can't. Now type a response and feel better.

You know, you are absolutely right, I wonder that too. Maybe after 3 years of thinly veiled threats (and not so thinly veiled threats) coming out of the right, the left just isn't gonna take it anymore.

enemy denotes they want a war if the rhetoric continues there is only one outcome.

Actually it's what the right has wanted for years now, a second civil war in America, they should be happy that the left has decided to oblige.

and what ever happened to what obama said " to tone down the rhetoric"

People listen to Obama? Really? Hmm, I thought the left had him just because it caused the right to go completely bat(beep) insane. Seems to be working so far.

obamas poll numbers sink a crappy economy and here comes the dnc and other liberals using the deflection tactic

There's that classic right wing rewriting history again, the economy was crappy before Obama got into office and because he's in office businesses have refused to start hiring people in order to purposefully keep the economy down and have the right blame it on Obama, taxes, illegals, etc.

the masters of propaganda what they fail to see is that some of us see through the vail of their stupidty.

And the TEA Party has the intelligence of Michelle Bachman and Sarah Palin! Ohh, sorry bout that...

I've seen Tea Party members arguing with Ron Paul Supporters. My take is that those who rose up against the marxist policies in 09 were of a more conservative sort than the original Ron Paul people. There are left and right factions still arguing here. Leftists often do support Ron Paul and this is what bothers the conservative Tea Partiers. They do not appreciate the leftist desire to disarm our country and leave us vulnerable to foreign attack. And that is as it should be, because the govt our Founding Fathers constructed had Defense of the Common Good as its primary responsibility. It's in Article 1 Section 8 if anyone wants to take a gander.
On the other hand, we do not want to waste resources on useless wars that just make new enemies. There must be a balance.
Even Nostradamus predicted someone who would turn up in the Eastern part of the world (a turbaned person no less) and I have always taken that to have been Bin Ladin since 9-11.

According to Nostradamus, the first two anti-Christs were extremely evil, and history has shown this to be so; however, Nostradamus speaks of a third anti-Christ who is more hideous than all the others combined. Some have said Sadaam Hussein, the dictator from Iraq (proved false now), or even Osama Bin Laden. Could he be this evil tyrant? Others say that he has not yet appeared. What does Nostradamus say about this third anti-Christ? First, Nostradamus tells us he will come from the Middle East.

Nostradamus quatrain says

Out of the country of Greater Arabia Shall be born a strong master of Mohammed,He will enter Europe wearing a blue turban.
He will be the terror of mankind.
Never more horror.

Here, Nostradamus says that a man from Greater Arabia will lead his forces on an invasion through Europe. This invasion will start a third world war that will be far worse than all the other wars put together. When will all this take place? In one quatrain Nostradamus gives us an exact date in which the war will be well under way. Nostradamus predicts the war will begin shortly before the year 1999. It doesn't make much sense to this author, but many are now saying that the 'war' was set 'in motion' in 1999, and now after Septermeber 11th these things are going to come true... as we are now 'at war with terror.' Interpret it how you will. He also tells us how long the war will last. The war will last seven and twenty years. (so 27 years)
Nostradamus says that the war will be so terrible that the world will come face to face with final annihilation. Here, he implies that the war might involve some kind of horrible weapon, possibly nuclear. Nostradamus tells what the first target will be.

More of the Nostradamus quatrain

The sky will burn at forty-five degrees. Fire approaches the great new city.

Then more
www.armageddononline.org...

Although Nostradamus 's predictions for our future sound frightening, the accuracy and dates he gave do not seem to flow. Are they being misinterpreted, or are they just plain wrong? Is the New City at 45 degrees yet to be destroyed? He does give us some hope by telling us how this third world war will end. He says it will end as a result of an unexpected alliance.

Nostradmus

When those of the Northern Pole are united, In the East will be great fear and dread...
One day the two great leaders will be friends;
Their great powers will be seen to grow.
The New Land will be at the height of its power:
To the man of blood the number is reported.

No, you don't get it. This is like Gore vs Lyndon LaRouche (not Obama vs McCain). Obama was clearly selected and groomed. If you thought he was 'outside' of the mainstream you weren't paying attention. Paul is 'outside', if you don't believe that its fine - but its just your opinion - if you have evidence please present it.

The Tea Party is made up of small government, liberty minded people for the most part. That said there is certainly a lot of waking up still left to do - people are going to vote to prevent Obama from winning and so the idea of electibility will override their rational thinking and they'll vote for Perry over Paul.

The previous poster is right as well that Paul's 'isolationist' foreign policy frightens a lot of people including the GOP people that joined the Tea Party. It did me at first as well but I am firmly converted to it. That is the point, you cannot awaken people without pushing the topic. There are arguments and the battle is uphill but I hate the defeatist attitude. You've just given up.

According to that website, Nostradamus predicted terrible war possibly due to some big weapon( nukes maybe), but what if it's something more like Scalar weapons or new weapons devised by someone's military?
