Could magnetic Anomalies Five months ago predicted the East Coast Earthquake?

The earthquake today reminded me of a thread a few months back
Compasses Going Crazy....Theories and Research.

On that thread Secretions from all over the US gave their compass readings, normal and abnormal.
Remembering the locations of the abnormal readings it seems that they correspond to recent earthquakes.
