I love to ask that question because almost all people who state that age for PP don't have a clue where it came from - nor do I think they care. I usually get a dodge or silence when I ask it - rarely does anyone know who Arturo was and few if any know how he 'made up that number'.

Who is 'keeping this from you'?

If you reread my post you will see that "they" is used to refer to the main stream archeologist,who have concluded that Puma Punku was built by the ancient people themselves,which I don't agree.Does that clear it up for you?
As far as who keeps this information with held from us?Well I believe it's the same people I mention above,and whomever is controlling their grant money.Now,whether this is done intentionally or just by ignoring the finer questions or using a broad brush (so to speak)to explain these ancient sites.Either way not all of the information is given to us,and with that there are a few finer folks who have the money the experts and the means at their disposal that do know more about the ancient buildings and temples....I'm not trying to change your mind on what you think,but this is what I believe to be the case.

Or it could be that 14,000 years or longer ago we had an advanced human civilization living on this planet and a cataclysm happened that knocked us back to the point where survivors had to rebuild again. And unless in these survivors you have every skill known at the time, they would never be able to replicate the world they knew before the cataclysm. And then as the years go by and the kids are born and become adults. And so they are taught what their little their parents know of the old world and so on and so on and then you have a situation where the story is so diluted and misrepresented over time that fact becomes story, story becomes myth and myth becomes legend. The bible is a bunch of allegories that tell us what happened back thousands of years ago.

...i never stated the age of puma punku... the 14,000yrs allegation (that you and your friend are making a big deal over) was in the video... my statement about trees was in response to the presumptions of the person who made the video... had you or friend bothered to watch the video, you wouldve known that...
