Seiko has developed a micro flying robot that could be used for security events that could fly through a building and see whats happening without risking human life.

TOKYO (AP) -- Seiko Epson Corp. is developing a flying robot that looks like a miniature helicopter and is about the size of a giant bug. The company hopes it'll prove handy for security, disaster rescue and space exploration.

The flying robot uses very small processor and can only fly for about 3 minutes before the need to recharge, and because it can only fly for this amount of time i dont see how one could use it for space exploration....
