I've tried it in the mirror too, and while it is a sensation, it is way different than trying it with a partner. Could be biased, tried it with my gf, but it seemed like two different experiences.

I actually went on a mirror trip today haha

so did i. not so stellar results tho I must say. may be I could try again seriously though, It wasn't working for me in the mirror. I will attemp to do it with my wife when i feel the time is proper.
so, what exactly is your experience 200457?

Well let me say right now I am experiencing a cooling sensation in my head, through the center radiating to my face. This is the second time this has happened to me two nights in a row just trying to visualize things with my mind in a manual 2 type way. It's very pleasant. I don't know for sure if this way of thinking has caused it, but this is the second night in a row I have done it, so I guess it worth posting about. Also I have had good results with manual 1 with my gf, no telecommunication of precise words or anything, but a connection was made. I also had success with lucid dreaming the other night, strangely the same night that I said that I never dream before falling asleep. I also believe I saw my shadow in that dream.


Btw you have a wife and you haven't tried it with her? Even if there was no golden revelation it is an amazing experience

I have yet to regain control of my dreams. it's been years since I have even remembered a dream. I do feel that it is important that i do. I also feel that the message is within 'all of us' and it is going to take 'all' of 'us' to realize it in it's entirety. I am looking forward to each day as i always do, another boxcar to pack full of experience. I believe we all feel the changes accelerating and a quick look around confirms it in our vision. we are all in this together and we all know it at whatever 'level' we are on. I do truly believe there are no coincidences.
