I've listened to quite a few of these kind of frequency tracks and a lot of them are some kind of awful but this one is really really good. Someone has at least taken the trouble to make it musical and not just a monotonous electronic squawk coming out of your speakers 3 minutes long. Yours was a welcome sound.
