I've played around with Steghide for a little while. If there is something embedded within any audio or image files I haven't been able to extract it.
It keeps prompting me that I've entered an incorrect passphrase. So maybe we need to figure out what that passphrase is? I tried all the obvious things.
This could very well be a dead end though.

If a passphrase does indeed exist, then I'm sure it's possible. I've tried most of the obvious stuff, so unless someone else arrives at the conclusion that we even need a passphrase I don't want to spend much more time on it.
Like I said, it could very well lead to nothing.

KhaliWitch made a post several pages back where she mentioned Salt, SHA1, Ripe (128?) and there was a possible password in her post. I replied indirectly to her post and so can't find it but I'm sure she will remember what I'm talking about. Good luck.

This becomes too complicated. Should be simpler than that.

Try happiness
We are supposed to be finding happiness after all with this crazy mp3
I have been playing around with the mp3 some more. I don't hear anything when I reverse it. As for anything else I am thinking we might be looking for a repeated sound in the file at a certain hz that could be a code. Ideas? Oh yeah the file is in stereo. The L&R channels are slightly different.edit on 9-9-2011 by adraves because: (no reason given)

Aaahhh, but the easy way is never the right way! If you have to really figure it out and make your mind work it out, you usually have encomplished more, simply because you have had to work for it!!!

One thing that keeps coming to mind is the ideal of the cosmic breath. I think it's from the hindu system but would have to check but its the idea that the singularity is the point at which breath changes from inhale to exhale.
From that perspective it's all a living breathing system and we are all a part of the flow of the living breath.
Looking it from the point of the infinity symbol it's an infinite living system which breathes in and out. The in-breath is the 13 baktuns and the outbreath begins at the 14th and continues for another 13 baktuns.
I was messing with 1234 4321 and got 2 1 2
3 4 3
where these numbers become an infinite loop with 1 and 4 the only ones not repeated. 14? The beginning of the next breath cycle and end of the last?
2 1 2
∞
3 4 3
Tried to make it a picture here to show but don't know how to upload. Basically the bit where infinity loop intersects is where 1 and 4 go.
But as I've said numerous times I'm rubbish at math so if this is nonsense sorry!
@Open if this is anything to do with the importance of the cosmic and individual breath can you put a little orb please!
On another point, where did it happen that we think Patefacio is open. It doesn't sit well with me.
@Open if this is you can you say it in source code please.
