I think that this exercise put you in a sort of a trance, and in this condition you start to see yourself in the opponent. There is nothing paranormal or mystic in it, regular psychological technique.

Since Open hasn't answered yet, I'll try to do it)). I think that Open's theory s very close to the one that described in "The Quickening" movie. In short, we could avoid massive destruction if we develop a skill to join our minds in a united consciousness. That project from Princeton University shows that it is possible and it actually works, but for now we are doing it unknowingly, and before oct 28 it's better to take control on this skill.

I think what Open is saying is that TNT's post about the way he did this in college is the right path. Trying to turn TNT into a number for the safe isn't (ignore the confused).

The problem is, "willing" and "able" are two different things. It feels like a bit of a dead end to come this far only to be faced with a gaping pit right between you and the finish line. I understand what Open is trying to accomplish, sort of. Finding a deeper connection with your fellow man and all that. It's just not that easy.

I gotta say, if anyone is confused its because the author(s) of the website put up so much random junk you don't even know what exactly to make of it, How hard is it to just come out and get your point across, for example: "I want everyone on this thread to practice trusting, connecting, and accepting one another". It's really not that hard, but I guess I'd choose to give everyone the run around and get my moneys worth from all the page hits that I would get including paying ads and websites. I think making a big deal out of this whole Oct 28th thing is just going to guarantee it happens since everyone adds to the hype, "Omg something bad is going to happen on this day!" Just like Y2K came and went in a flash and we're still here. And people wonder why anxiety is such a problem these days stressing out and losing sleep over this is probably not worth it!

Point is, If you got somethin' to say, spit it out boy!

I think that if Open come out with a post about one more technique to reach trance, nobody would try it. But now, after so many puzzles, we more likely do it because otherwise we accept the fact that time was wasted. And about October 28.. Many people including myself enjoy a good conspiracy, the life is pretty boring if there is no feeling of coming end of the world))
