On CNN Own After Rebels Won Photos

I couldnt believe what i saw on the live blog page where they are showing the photos of the rebels little media photo OP, women started wearing the women burqa which also in this link which i have linked shows the leak of women in the crowds.

The news i listen to in the morning on the way to work, played a recording of a Libyan woman, in Tripoli,that called into CNN and said that women werent allowed outside yet but she didnt elaborate, or they didnt play it if she did.
She couldve meant it wasnt safe for women and non combats until the fighting had died down.
