I believe you are psychic. Whether or not you are psychotic I have yet to decide.
I don't always get up at 3am, it depends how late or early I go to bed. If I don't get to bed until very late, I sometimes just stay up and go to bed early the next night. Otherwise my body clock gets messed up and I end up going to sleep at 2 in the afternoon. And then I'm wide awake again at bedtime!
