Well when the rebellion started and some Lybian govt officals defected, one of them passed information to Sweeden that Ghaddfi had personally ordered the Lockerbie bombing. as to the Hague the judges are from various countries. So it is an International court. Not a USA led thing at all.

On 22 February 2011 during the Libyan protests, the ex Minister of Justice Mustafa Mohamed Abud Al Jeleil stated in an interview with the Swedish newspaper Expressen that Muammar al-Gaddafi had personally ordered the bombing.

Nice try with that claim can you back it up? as for the Lockerbie bombing i believe it was the mossad, because theres alot of evidence pointing them to it, not mention when the Lockerbie was in the courts, there were

mossad agents in the courts.

Of course Tripoli must fall, and it must happen this week. Why? Because UNSC1970 and 73 only have until September before they require renegotiating. China and Russia will not hesitate in vetoing further action after the way NATO have broken every regulation in creating this supposed 'no-fly zone'.

Where are you getting the information that the UNSCRs 1970 and 73 have a September time limit? There is no specified timeframe for the expiration of those UNSCRs. Are you mixing up the NATO mandate which currently ends in September? If required the NATO mandate will simply be extended like it did last time.

If International criminal court isn't biased toward western powers, then how could you explain that:
-Ariel Sharon weren't prosecuted
-Bashar al-Assad weren't prosecuted
-Kissinger is still walking amongst us[actually he is disgusted of pity human idiots, so he probably use limousine or helicopter]
-King of Bahrain
-The NATO and US authorities who gave green light for highly doubtful drone attacks which killed many civilians.

I don't even mention bush or obama for continuing Afghanistan war, even when primary goal -Osama bin Laden were killed.

Why does everyone think Gaddafi is such a bad person? It's a known fact that he provided his people with money from the Libyan Oil, and also the fact that the Canadian and US governments have been funding the rebels with money and weapons. It is quite obvious that this is another way into a country that has major oil resources. I am completely against the claims that Gaddafi is what the MSM makes him out to be.

I'm assuming it has been posted. Why has the U.S. attacked this country? Has Congress authorized it? How much money is it costing the U.S.?At least Bush gave the Terrorists spiel. How much more money have we given the UN?
If Obama and Congress!!!!! give a go ahead , then maybe, I feel Congress is useless. I do not want another dollar of my taxes going to this garbage. How is Egypt working out?

Well here's are the laws that makes the Libyan people hated him in the 1st place. The Libyan law is similiar to what Saddam Hussein's Iraq and Saudi Arabia has.

A generation from now, this is what Gaddafi will be remembered for:
• Expelling all ethnic Italians in 1970.
• Expelling Libya's Jewish population.
• Banning all opposition to his rule.
• Making engaging in political conversations with foreigners punishable by up to three years in prison.
• Making it a capital crime to form political parties.
• Executing political dissidents in public and then rebroadcasting said executions on state television channels.
• Criminalizing homosexuality, with the punishment for homosexuality being up to five years in prison.
• Forcibly Arabizing the Berbers by forbidding parents to give their children Berber names, banning the use of the Berber language in schools, and assigning Arabic names to Berber towns.
• Making theft punishable by amputation of hands and adultery by 100 lashes.
• Making the testimony of women and non-Muslims inadmissible in criminal cases.
• Torturing prisoners, both before and during the current civil war.
• Sending out assassins to kill Libyans who had fled to other countries just to live free.
• Supporting terrorist groups, including groups not even related to Libyan affairs.
• Having his forces fire upon peaceful demonstrators back in February of this year. This is what led to the uprising in the Libyan people in the first place.

Ah so many stories about this everywhere, who to believe, who to believe, to bad that we cant seem to get any genuine Libyans and there opinions on this, I mean the ones who are waving the rebels flag and have guns pointed at them ain't to believable.

But mainly there are two versions of this story going on.

One Qaddafi is evil and has been doing evil stuff for so long that now it is a convenient time to overthrow him and end his reign of terror, so the rebels rise up and fight back against the oppressive dictator, and nato and western powers help them, mostly by way of dropping bombs on Qaddafi forces and anything in Libya that can be a threat, such as military facilities, and off-course guns and amo and all kinds of cool stuff. And some time later we have the events unfolding today. were the people celebrate on the streets.

Ah but the second story goes a little different, first Qaddafi is an asshole to those who want to take advantage of Libya and the countries resources, as well as control the whole region by way of Lybias strategic placement in Africa.

So according to the second story it goes like this, the evil CIA or Globalists hire themselves out some mercenaries and decide to call them rebels, they give them guns, money, and resources and a plan and send them into Libya. Some hide among the populous just waiting for the time, and when all the pieces are set, they get the word. So they take up there guns go out into the street and start shooting people mostly women and children then they go on there way causing chaos and mayhem, and when they get in groups they try to go for the military facilities to cease it and fail.

And while all of that is going on, the propaganda machine is going strong, and they decide to block all things going in and out of Libya, as well as declare it a no fly zone, except for there planes that is, and then they get some more mercenaries in Libya. And then they start bombing the # out of Qaddafi forces left and right and also any building they feel should be totaled. The bombing is so successful that the mercenaries have little resistance and even decide to set up there own little oil exporting business and bank, and Qaddafi decides to hire himself some merc's as well seeing as how lots of his troops are like dead.

And so the war goes on, with little skirmishes here and there and people died here and there and some of them even screaming for mommy as they die. And so on, and so forth till we get to were it is now, with the rebels or mercenaries depending on who you ask advancing into central tripoli, and already there.

Ah who to believe so many stories going around, even here on the net the ussual suspects are hard at work with new and updated tidbits on the story. :lol

And what do I believe, I am leaning toward the second story having more truths, then the first, but in the end there are no innocents in this game, and they all pay what they wrought even if it takes thousands of years. But it don't matter Qaddafi will die most likely because I doubt they will take him alive, but if they do then that show will be fun to watch. And it seems lots of his family is dead already like his daughter and sons, people will die, and are dying and life will move on. All in the name of liberty and freedom.

And there are more stories but there all just basically variations of those two.

That is not the problem under our Constitution, Obama needs to get approval, Congress has balked and are hiding. They should defund this along with the UN. Look up the War Powers act which has been discussed. The U.N. is a useless POS when it comes to our activities. Obama thinks he can over ride our Constitution, Ask your Congressman? I haven't heard back from mine as of yet?

Looks like another one of Gaddafi's sons has escaped the rebels. Maybe he wasnt even "captured" at all?

www.aljazeera.com...

Muammar Gaddafi's son Seif al-Islam, wanted by the International Criminal Court for crimes against humanity, has not been arrested by rebels despite earlier reports and is still in Tripoli, an AFP journalist said on Tuesday.

Mohammad gets rescued first. Then al-Islam escapes....or wasnt even arrested at all? Im not sure what's going on anymore. Also, Saif al-Islam was saying the rebels have fell into a trap.

I understand people's interest in Gaddafi as a person and their fascination with different aspects of this drama, the obviously shady motives of NATO and the fake pious way it represents itself in the media, but I am really concerned about how far along this Libyan adventure advances us toward a major showdown between the great powers.

When are Russia and China going to come out of their stunned silence at the dinner party and tell the United States to stop busting up the furniture?

Hey, the rebels won, time for some Sharia Law....

Libyan Draft Constitution: Sharia is ‘Principal Source of Legislation’...and since we already know there are some extremists in the rebel camp, er now government of Libya so its all good, right? At least all the Libyan gold can now be used to pay off Chavez and take the heat off JP Morgan.

Oh well, won't really take all that long (well before the 2012 elections) to see what comes of this.

People are in here acting like this is a movie where we're about to "catch the bad guy". This is so incredibly sad to sit here and read this.

This was never about Gaddafi. What utter hogwash.

Enjoy living in your safe little fantasy land.

This is an interesting non-mainstream analysis of what is going on and who the major players are by Webster Tarpley in conversation with Alex Jones.
