A rebel fighter is saying that the forces loyal to Gaddafi appear to be mercenaries from Chad and other countries in Africa.
Rebels say all of Tripoli is under their control, except for Gaddafi's Bab al-Aziziyah compound. They also claim to have taken control of the state TV building.
Three of Gaddafi's sons have reportedly been captured by the rebels. According to the Libyan leader’s spokesman, Gaddafi is prepared to negotiate directly with the head of the rebel transitional council, but says the rebels are not ready to listen.
According to recent reports, rebel forces entered the city center and claimed that Gaddafi’s presidential guard had surrendered.

Maybe the Bosnia war would not happen had if Serbs bothered to vote against the referendum (You need 66% in favour for the referendum to be approved) instead of talking like civilized people and attack Bosnian Croast and Bosniaks for no reason.
The serbs wanted a referendum but the Bosniaks didnt want them, in fact the Bosniaks supported the Mujeheddin you have no idea what went on in Bosina.
As for the Al-Qaeda the Al-Qaeda are in Bosina still as of today in the mountain hiding, people who live near them, reported gun fires as for in the past just look for the videos about the Mujeheddin on youtube , its pretty sickening.
Oh and there videos of UN Apcs brining in Mujeheddin fighters.
The Bosniaks and americas backed Mujeheddin cut serbian heads off and played them like a soccer balledit on 22-8-2011 by Agent_USA_Supporter because: (no reason given)

(I am not saying the rebels are not somewhere in Tripoli), suburbs I believe...
TRIPOLI (Reuters) - Libyan government tanks shelled parts of central Tripoli on Monday after rebels swept into the heart of the city and crowds took to the streets to celebrate what they saw as the end of Muammar Gaddafi's four decades in power.
Tanks emerged from Gaddafi's stronghold in the center of the Libyan capital and were firing shells, a rebel spokesman said. Sporadic gunfire could be heard as world leaders tried to assess how long Gaddafi's forces might hold on and how the fractious rebel alliance might run the oil-rich desert state.
Nouri Echtiwi, a rebel spokesman in Tripoli, told Reuters: "Four hours of calm followed the street celebrations. Then tanks and pick-up trucks with heavy machineguns mounted on the back came out of Bab al-Aziziya, the last of Gaddafi's bastions, and started firing and shelling Assarin Street and al-Khalifa area.
