Can a mother have her name removed from her adult child's birth certificate?

I also am looking fir the same kid of advise but as the offspring. My mother is a soulless wretch who makes me ashamed of being carried and born by her. She has no remorse for the extremely wide spectrum of things she's done, also having the audacity to paint herself as the victim any chance she gets. Im a 22-year-old adult who's about to get into a legal battle with her caused by a recent event that led to me uncovering life altering secrets that led to this decision. Is there anyway to get her name removed for at least her first and middle name and leaving her last name on my birth certificate? She was married to my biological father who was killed 6 weeks after I was born but my hero sense childhood through his legacy others remember him by, so I carry his name proudly.
