Is that how you know? Is that what you base your opinion on? Do you know who owns those servers those websites are based on? I do.

I'm not joining or interfering with these peoples right to protest they have that right. Ask them to throw up their permit for protests in front of wall st. That will tell you all you need to know. And why bring tents for a "Day of Rage"? Do you need a tent for a day?

Im just warning you,all is not as it appears. There are those in the shadows who watch those that operate in the shadows.

Globalisation is really not such a bad thing, to put it into context. For the Western world's economy, yes it is pretty bad, and yes the super rich just get richer, but on the other hand, those developing countries with emerging markets have potential for a better quality of life. It is ironic that the Western world developed this globalisation by lending the east just tons of money, putting their own countries in economic despair and making their own middle classes and poorer classes worse off, but on the other hand, it does offer some hope to those people who have been breaking their backs sewing and harvesting rice and cotton. And another advantage of globalisation is the free trade movement, offering alot more people a lot more money, which they can now send their offspring to school and receive better medical help. On the other hand, it does pretty badly mess up the environment in a plethora of ways. Ultimately, I cannot see why the middle east want to protest against globalisation, but I can see why the angry middle class in the West would.

what do you base your opinion on... I dont think this has anything to do with the socialist movement. I am sure the socialists will get onboard, but that is not the nature of the event in my eyes...

I have certainly given grief to anon for the illegal activities that have been committed under their name, but this event sounds like a good idea to me. IF it is done within the law, it's a great thing to see people organize and stand for something that they believe in.

While your insight is appreciated, why not spare us all the "dig a little deeper" bit and show us what you know. If you're going to make the claim, back it up with some goods.

This sounds like a setup to get a lot of people that are the true patriots together to protest peacefully, then cause a false flag terrorist attack. This will cause the government to declare marshall law. They know that its only a matter of time before we get out of hand. People are waking up at an alarming rate now. "Any persons found to have radical tendencies shall be detailed til as such time be found not to be a threat to the United States Government" I wonder how close I am to the actually executive order that will be put into affect.

Will NEVER happen, Americans are too lethargic.

So long as they continue to be fed a tv diet of Kim Kardashian, Snookie, UFC fights and sporting events, Americans won't care enough for something like Tahrir Square.

It's bread and circuses, used since the days before Ancient Rome to detract the masses from what's really going on.

Secondly, Tahrir square has actually made Egyptians WORSE off. They are now starting to protest the military government that replaced the dictatorship that they had.

Summary: Led by the radical Service Employees International Union (SEIU), left-wing unions and activist groups have been planning to launch a national campaign of economic strong-arming and sabotage. Their plan envisions mortgage and student loan strikes and bank boycotts. Also contemplated are acts of harassment and intimidation directed against bank officials, corporate heads and public officials deemed to be enemies of the people.



On March 25 ACORN founder Wade Rathke, a one-time president of an SEIU local in New Orleans, announced what he described as “days of rage in ten cities around JP Morgan Chase.” Rathke said the forthcoming campaign of demonstrations, strikes and disruption will mark “the beginning of the anti-banking jihad.”

The use of the term "Day of Rage" recalls the "Days of Rage" organized in the 1960s by the Weather Underground domestic terrorist organization co-founded by Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, close associates for years of President Obama.

Numerous radicals, many with direct ties to Obama, are linked to planned protests and other activism scheduled for the coming months.

In March, ACORN founder Wade Rathke announced what he called "days of rage in ten cities around JP Morgan Chase." Rathke was president of an SEIU local in New Orleans.

The planned Sept. 17 protest seems to be the culmination of Rathke's efforts.

Those efforts are being organized by Stephen Lerner, an SEIU board member who reportedly visited the Obama White House at least four times.

Lerner is considered one of the most capable organizers of the radical left. He recently organized the SEIU's so-called Justice for Janitors campaign.

As part of his planned protests, Lerner called for "a week of civil disobedience, direct action all over the city."

His stated aim is to "destabilize the folks that are in power and start to rebuild a movement."

In an interview about the planned protests, Lerner outlined his goals: "How do we bring down the stock market? How do we bring down their bonuses? How do we interfere with their ability to, to be rich?"

Forecast for American cities: Confrontation, intimidation?

There are other indications a coalition of radicals and unions are planning chaos using the current economic crisis.

while I somewhat understand much of what you are saying what is your personal solution? what's that old saying; if you're not part of the solution you might be part of the problem? some food for thought anyway.

I'm seeing this as a slick, sneaky way to promote social justice aka wealt distribution aka class warfare aka socialism.
Where is the benefit for America in any of this?
I just did some googling for heavens sake! This is being carefully orchistrated by people with deep ties to the White House, deep ties to the labour movement.

Brilliant! That's the same conclusion I was led to, just by doing some reading. This "revolution" is as real and authentic as pro wrestling!

It seems to me the house of cards is falling and those responsible want to speed up the process and focus the blame else where . If there is major disruption on Sept. 17 Who ever is responsible, we all know what the end result will be.
