I would like to know what their Idea of a "nuclear event" is.

That is really interesting.

Is this bad, because I live in Tennessee. Just north of Nashville.

I guess they haven't given us the event level yet.
Then we'd know how serious they are at least.

Ya we'll see in the next couple of hours... hopefully.

It's probably nothing... just interesting at how close they are from each other.

Very interesting on the events. It is important to remember though, the system we have in place does require them to report even trivial malfunctions or breakdowns. It's a great system but not so good if someone is watching the reports roll in with Fukushima in mind.

Great site! I'm bookmarking that for a real-time index site. One of the best I have seen yet, actually. On the other hand, if one were to spend too much time checking back to those sites I could see it leading to some serious fear of just walking out the front door.

Nice catch on the Nuke events though. They absolutely need to run top to bottom checks on every single one of these.

Thanks for updating it OP! Totally appreciate not having to read a whole thread to determine how big a deal something's likely to be, wish everyone did that. Does seem to be lots of nuclear blips going round the US, I really don't know if it's because we're paying more attention or what... your .line got my attention! : )
