Jobs will not be lost over this. That is purely a fear campaign by the mining companies because they face making a few less million a year. We have minerals, mining companies want them. They will sacrifice a few $$$ to continue reaping millions in profit.

Really you are going to just take the governments word for it that the carbon tax wont financially impact Australians? Gillard has already been exposed as a bold face liar, why would you believe anything she says. The entire premise is based on lies.

About this Carbon tax thing, you might want to consider the bigger issue. Its not about Australians. Its not about jobs. Its not about re-election. Its realy about the NWO. Yes, you read that right.

This tax, if/when enforced, will be a presedan of a sovereign nation paying a tax to an international body!

Think about that for a while. I'll wait.

It means your governemnt will give loads of your money to an international body, much like the IMF, for no f***n reason at all. I'm not a migrant , and nor are those who will take advantage of employment opportunities using the 457 visas . I'm a contracted employee working for , and sponsored by , a Multinational company .

In short .. I've taken a job from an Australian citizen .

I'd suggest you take advantage of the internet and do some research on the visa system and see how it will be used against Australians, just as it was used in the US , against US citizens .
