Well said! Yes that's when we can tell we've reached a point of impass where we really can't answer the query.

Add to that, perhaps we should modify, slightly, "intelligence" to intelligence as we know it. There may be "others" that might have different definitions of just what it is comprised of. And, maybe WE couldn't meet the criteria they have. BUT, that's an entirely different thread!
