Outrageous Obama Days of Vacation

Unbelievable that a president would take 180 vacation days after just 2.5 years in office.

Reagan 'only' took like 115 days

A more responsible decent man would take something like 60 days, don't you think????

Obama------61 days

Clinton-----20s days

Yes because thats what people who are looking for jobs wanna see, their president spending most of his term on vacation.

How does it work again? Make empty promises for a week, then take a month or so off?

It's only 4 years in a lifetime for Christ's sakes, the president should have 2 weeks vacation a year like the rest of us.

He's not a god, he's not a king, he's the guy supposed to be working for us!

Where's your source? I know Bush spent clsoe to 500 days at his ranch, and 480+ days at camp david during his term .. I dunno about you but 500 days at his personal ranch is a bit hefty .. that's over a year and a half of his presidency spent at his private home..

I can forgive camp david.. but 500 days at home .. where did Obama spend his vacation days? a source is really important.

Bush:

8 years as President = 2,920 days in office.
Time spent at Crawford & Camp David = 977 days

That means he was on vacation for 33% or 1/3 of the time.

As of August 2003 Bush had already taken 250 days off..

Clinton had 152 days off ..

Obama is nothing but a puppet to people really running the show, who cares what he does? The Earth isn't going anywhere positive from what the gov/secret societies are doing. It's up to us to think of ways to make the changes...

I can see from a psychological point of view why he might need this many days off, not to defend him or anything, but he is the so called leader of the "free" world. He's faced with making sure the country is functioning right and all that arguing in washington doesnt help either, heh who knows, maybe his doctor recommends it

The ops numbers are grossly inaccurate to the point of laughability .. Bush's numbers especially .. Clinton's were much closer

damn...thats creepy on the other end of the spectrum...I think the GWB (grossly understated numbers, but I guess thats just one term) is almost a joke...the vacation president..however clinton...too much work will burn you out.

Sworn in 01-20-09. Today is 08-18-11. So he's been on vacation exactly 940 days

Let me ask you this - does the 180 days of vacation for Bush include the Saturdays and Sundays he spent in Crawford, TX? I'm interested because when I bring up Obama playing 18 holes of golf (Over 60 times now as Prez)and in the process shutting down the course and dragging all the secret service agents out there that it's "not a vacation" because it's a Saturday or Sunday.

That was directed at the OP since there was no link or sources.... but I checked yours and didn't see anywhere in there where it states Bush Jr's vacation days include weekends or not. My guess would be it certainly does.

I mean it seems dishonest to me to say Obama has only taken 60 days of vacation when we all know he's played 18 holes of golf over 60 times.

No world leader ever truly gets a vaction.
Even the ones I hate.
