I had to shrink them down a bit, but besides that, there is no manipulation at all. I'm proud of my new little camera. It's a Panasonic DWC-FH25 LUMIX for those wondering.
I happen to be in Colorado Springs at the moment on a trip with one of my sports teams. There was a massive storm rolling through, and it was just too beautiful not to take pictures of it. These are the very first pictures my new camera has taken. Such a beautiful day, thought I would share.

great photos!

I love to see/take storm photos myself. How long have you been into photography?

Thank you. Actually - this is the first camera I've ever personally owned. I have 3 professional photographers in my family though, so I've always enjoyed photography. I've just never been the one shooting. They always made it look so easy.
Storms are definitely interesting and beautiful. Wish I had captured the lightning.

Nice photos and I hope you enjoy photography. With 3 pros in the family it should be easy to get feedback and suggestions for subjects and composition. There are all kinds of digital software programs but my current favorite is Sagelight by Rob Nelson.

Good luck and this is the place to post photos of Bigfoot, UFOs, Ghosts and the paranormal. You can never tell what will pop out in front of your lens. Just ask the later Roger Patterson. My best,
