I wouls start on a serious excercise regiment where you are sweating for at least a half hour. You might have a lot of toxins in your body.It will also help to relax you where your body will start concentrating on other things.

First of all stop looking at this website or any similiar ones if you think folks are out to get you...I would seriously start also with a healthy diet and exercise more...none of this medication can be good for you however you need to see your doctor and discuss alternatives to getting off of this junk..regardless of what advice you get on here always check with your doctor and start to look at foods that might be beneficial for what is bothering you or rather what you may be lacking...

This is a horrible place for medication advice. But, I'd say quit the adderall (you don't seem to need to be focusing more on anything going on). Stick with the klonopin (for anxiety) and the risperdal (for your previous thread) if need be. And lowest doses possible so that you will be able to get off of them later without horrible withdrawal.

Definately get off the meds, that's a nasty combo. Stop eating processed food, and if possible meat as well. Lot's of excercise, and meditation and you should probably get a therapist.

I just read your thread here www.abovetopsecret.com...
Can you go into anymore detail on what got you put in a psych ward. After reading that, you REALLY need to get off those meds. Seroquel, and Adderall are going to make you a zombie, for real

And if you're serious about all this then it sounds like even they have a difficult time controlling your thoughts, and it probably all boils down to how strong your mind is, and meditation will really help you with that.

You have good reason to fear mind control if you are ingesting drugs of that stature. Do more research into your meds before agreeing to take them. I worked in the Adult Foster care system for a while, but could no longer handle the levels of Zombification that the clients, who were my friends, were going through. Many of my friends suffer from bipolar 1&2 schizophrenia, etc. A large part of the foundational research into the drugs you are taking is from mind control experiments. Meditate, eat well, and minimize any drug usage as much as possible. Your mental health is not always necessarily influenced by brain chemistry alone. Your body chemistry and the neural connection you make and use play a large part in it. Learn control of your brain. And use it. NEVER TAKE any drugs (legal or otherwise) without first researching the effects on overall health and lifestyle.

Saroquil can lead to permanent cerebral palsy symptons if you take that drug for a few weeks. When they advertise it on the commercial,it takes about a half hour for them to go through all the possible side effects. If there is one drug in the world to be scared of,its saroquil.

I would do my best to help you. Please try to find JESUS. Don't be afraid. GOD is in your heart. Have faith on Him. JESUS is your friend and it will help you to live your life. try to reduce your medics (gradualy -speak with our doctor about this).

Read Saint John godspell, (i think is the right way to wright "Evangelho de São João"). Try to read and understand the word's of JESUS in Saint John, then try to read other's in the bible and understand the message (there always a message for you there).

If you can, go sometimes to a chirch, to be in peace (it doesn't mean you have to assist a celebration, but if you like do it). Confess to priest your sins ("pecados" or sence of guilt).

I could sugest also a litle relaxation (like "pilatos") and litle accunpulture.

Also why don't you try to some happy/humor videos thatr you like.

And the last sugestion, try to learn surf. it gives a diferent conection with earth, and diferent prespectiv of life.

I hope that i helped you. Peace.

im repeting a post wrote in smillar topic. And I'm not a paranoid. RESPECT. Understand that, and you are in the right track.

Edit: eat less meat. More vegetables, cereals and fruit (orange, apple, pineaple, strawberries, all kind off red fruit's, banana, and try once in while natural juice of "beterraba", this last one is in portuguese).

Get off the meds. Stay away from fast food. Get enough rest.

Try hypnosis.

Take care & best wishes!

I used to take klonopin, and in my opinion that makes it worse. Sure, it helps in the short term, but sooner or later you build tolerance and then have to take more. When I went off it, I was a nervous wreck. I jumped at the slightest sound

To be normal don't take any meds.

No one is trying to control your mind.

Just get a job, a life, friends, quit reading cheap web pages on the internet, and enjoy yourself.

If you want to get external advice from someone, don't do it online from strangers who know nothing about you - go see a therapist.

Sorry if this is harsh but it's not meant to be.

Only use labotomy route as a last resort.

Don't listen to anyone who tells you anything other than to speak with your doctor.

Go to a good psychiatrist. If the one you are going to isn't helping sufficiently, go to another one. Therapy and medication are likely the best course of action for you instead of medication or therapy alone.

For the love of God, get off of this website until your condition is under control. Reading this website will only make your symptoms worse for the time being. Do not seek medical advice for conspiracy theorists who never went to medical school.

No one is after you. No one is trying to control your mind. I promise. You have to have faith in this until your medicine starts working. Anyone who tells you otherwise is likely suffering from his/her own mental problems and also could benefit from therapy and/or medication.

edit: I forgot to add, give the medications time to work. For psychiatric medications, it can take weeks to months for them to start working. You didn't say how long you tried them out for. Give them adequate time and be sure to express your concerns to a doctor.

Good luck to you.

Yes, go to a psychiatrist who gets paid by big pharma to keep you in a drug induced coma.

Speaking as someone who's been on a load of antianxiety meds (Paxil, Prozac, small doses of clonazepam, Adavan once), the only one that's actually made me a zombie was clonazepam. Real nasty stuff, that. Found out a friend has lymphoma and pretty well had no emotional response. Now that that's gone, though, I'm feeling pretty much normal. No mind control at all. Still an ardent socialist, still hate pretty much everything.

Listen carefully.
Look inside your mouth.
If you see anything silvery looking
in your teeth you are being poisoned.
Mercury silver fillings are 50% mercury,
which is the most poisonous non radioactive
element. they will affect your minddddddddddddd.
Get them out.
