Is it me or does that look like a beer getting dumped on the windshield when the truck rolls?

Its just you.

Auto going the wrong way on a off ramp, cuts off the truck in the "granny" lane hits the truck head-on in the hammer lane, and you think you see beer hiting the dash cam,

its just you.

its definitely some liquid, my first thought was wet bushes. the windshield is sliding through wet bushes. but even if the truck driver was drinking beer, he never would have had a chance to avoid this crash. the car did just pop up out of thin air.

The truck driver wasn't drunk. If anything, the car driver was probably drunk since he entered the exit ramp of the highway and just drove headfirst into a pair of semi-trucks.

that happened to me before in chicago turns out the police were chasing the guy oh no accident
but there was liquid on the windshield my piss lol
