Answer to Perpetual Motion Theory?

So a cat always lands on its feet correct?
And a piece of toast always lands butter side up..

Bear with me now because this is where it starts to get complicated..

If I strap a piece of toast butter side up to a cat then throw them both off of the Eiffel Tower.. are we in business?
