Did Jesse Ventura's Conspiracy Theory show deceptively edit Ben Santer's interview?

The video deals primarily with how TV shows can edit interviews, whether simply for time constraints or more devious reasons. The edits dealing with Ventura's program do seem to edit out a forthcoming explanation and make it seem more malevolent.

Well duh! Jessie ventura is supposed to be a "Truth bringer" and although he reveals some, he often only scratches the surface. Now really, would the media allow you to broadcast their secrets on televison???
heck, even on youtube you can find videos that mysteriously "Disapear" or are "Banned for content" or, as in the case of one foxnews UFO footage, get edited out but left on site.
