I do not believe that reptilian entities are demonic. They may possess some transdimensional qualities, but they cannot be accessed and utilized as demons can. What you use them for is based on your own intention and your own soul characteristics. You can surf porn or you can help humanity. Can you give us an idea of what they're discussing? Is she saying it's a medical condition? Even if she were wearing contacts, the tongue flicking is too unconscious. I mean, really. Unless you're stuck in a desert without anything to drink or you have chapped lips, nobody licks their lips this much.
I've only met two people in my life that licked their lips this much. It just so happens that I was working as a bartender at a VFW where one of these people frequented. Nobody really liked him and he was always complaining and trying to stir up trouble. Behind his back, the veterans would call him a lizard and imitate his tongue darting in and out. He was probably in his late 60s or early 70s. Strange guy though. He didn't seem to have any friends as far as I could tell. He never even came to the bar to socialize. It was as if he was just there to observe.

Those are the scales, that reptilians seem to display when their cloaking device, or shape shifting "mechanism" starts to go AWOL.

A Youtube user by the name of "FrequencyFence", who's exposed many Reptilians before, EVEN goes into this type of detail, of their scales being displayed during some sort of interference with the cloak.

Alex Jones's scales seem to be popping out in the same area on ITS face.
ITS eyes seem to be protruding, in a very non human like fashion, aswell as the constant blinking of his eyes.
The same constant blinking, done by both George Bush and Bill Clinton, both well known reptilians.

ITS left eye seems to go haywire due to the hologram/cloaking/projecting seemingly failing.
