Hahaha! Quite possibly. I have no idea if the stuff even works! Maybe it's what Tepco is using to cover the nukes. Giant pregnancy dresses.... sounds about right.

That makes so much sense, magic dresses to protect from radiation. So they are admitting the radiation is there then aren't they ?
