That might be a reasonable estimation, it's hard to tell. I'm pretty convinced that the object is a balloon, but thanks for sharing nonetheless. Looking forward to see if there comes an alternative explanation.

Although I'm sure its a balloon there is one odd thing about it, if you watch it there does not seem to be any downwards weight underneath so technically the balloon should spin as the wind takes it BUT if you watch it keeps its sides perfectly...

Seems weird..

It's a balloon. I can tell by closely observing the dynamics of it's movement.
