What is up with this ad taking up at least 4 threads in the "new-hot:active new topics" under the "new topics" section? I can see if you put a new ad on the side of the lists but right in the middle of them?

I don't understand..

I guess that explains the empty space that suddenly showed up today then.
I guess my noscript and adblock firefox extensions blocks the banner.

I just want to know why it has to take up four threads worth of text. It has to be a site programming error because that is just ridiculous.

Although i love ATS, this is nearly a deal breaker for me.

ATS had enough adds already in place, but lately they seem to be getting more invasive, and I will not deal with that.

Seems that ATS is about making money as well as most corporations are. That should make a few people here on ATS wonder what ATS's real priority's are.

did anyone else have a heartattack when the one ad started talking?

I'm so glad that one is gone (at least for now...)

And this has nearly blown my eardrums before when using headphones. Very fun when watching for example a movie or something with lower volume and then suddenly some flash ad at 200% volume starts playing.

This is something I think should lead to lawsuits in my opinion.
