One of the things I had to do before me going to university was analising The Catcher in the Rye by J.D. Salinger. Now you can say there is nothing going on there in that book....as in many or any other book....?

The thing with art is that the artist will always leave something of truth behind....it can be something personal or a deliberate message. In some cases the artist didn't even realise he was revealing all kinds of stuff about himself.
