Not much absorbs light that well. If I had to guess, I'd say it's incredibly carbon-rich. That'd make it a great place to mine resources if it wasn't so far away. To compare it with anything in the solar system just for composition, I'd say Titan. Whole place is a mess of carbon, methane oceans and floating chunks of diamond.
