It's 3:16 am....my pets are FREAKING out

I got home after an exhausting night at work, went straight to bed. At 2:18, my dog (in my room) starts howling hysterically...then here comes both my cats, pawing at me "meoooooow meeeeeow" and pulling my hair....definitly wanted me to get up NOW....from outside, I can hear Bach, my rooster crowing like mad. Looked outside and checked radar....no storms. Wth? They NEVER act like this......anyone have suggestions? Heidi (my dog) is still howling and waking everyone up, and the cats are all jumpy and pacing etc. Maybe it's all a bad dream!

Any fracking going on in your area?

Do you think it might have anything to do with the upcoming full moon or the Perseids meteor shower just starting?? I sure hope you're not in for an earthquake! Hopefully they just missed ya.

My bird started squeaking this horrible sound.

My dog keeps staring out the window like it can sense something..

I;m glad someone else had this happen and can relate

If you read about different UFO encounters, this is a traditional response to extraterrestrial visitations. Prepare yourself, they've landed.

Could it have something to do with the solar storms ? They affect the magnetic field don't they which animals are more attuned to than humans

wow!! if there are no intruders, no bad weather and your place isn't on fire then i'm stumped. animals are pretty in tune with nature/storms. hope everything is ok!

No problem here with my animals, then against I'm pretty far... also, don't know of anything going to be causing their upset(someone might know). Possible coyotes? Common in the area, then... make some loud noises outside with pans, air horn, whistle, etc, to scare them off or other wildlife.

Ok.....Just want to say to anyone who is ready to go on the attack....I'm not saying it's aliens or the effects of Nibiru or any of that *bleep*. But it's just strange behavior for them. Sometimes weather and earthquake faults activity can do this to animals. I just thought since I am sitting here awake at 3:44 AM I would see if anyone in the area (Louisiana) is seeing thier pets act out of the ordinary..........

Well....really I was thinking storm or tremor .....you know natural type things. The thought of an intruder crossed my mind too, but I've got something for THAT if you know what I mean "click click BOOM"
